Contactless payments

Tap and go. No coins required.

Every machine we install takes contactless card, Apple Pay and Google Pay as standard — because a machine that only takes change is a machine most people walk past.

Why it matters

Nobody carries cash any more

Ask anyone on a warehouse floor to produce a pound coin at ten in the morning and you'll get a shrug. Cash-only machines lose a large share of every sale they could have made, and the sales they do make arrive as a bag of coins somebody has to deal with.

Contactless removes both problems at once. People pay the way they pay everywhere else, and no cash sits on your site waiting to be a security issue.

  • Contactless debit and credit cards
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Card readers fitted and configured by us
  • No float, no coin bag, no cash collection visits

What it means for your site

Fewer headaches, on both sides

No cash on site

Cashless machines aren't worth breaking into for coins, and there's no takings box for anyone to worry about overnight.

Faster at busy times

Break time is short. A tap takes a second, so a queue of twelve people at a shift change actually clears.

Better stocking

Cashless sales give us a clear record of what sold and when, which is exactly what we use to plan restocks and refine the range.

Secure by design

Card payments are handled by the payment provider through the reader. We never see or store your people's card details.

Simple refunds

If a vend fails, the refund is our job. Nobody has to come and find a member of your staff about a stuck bag of crisps.

Coins still accepted

Where a site wants it, machines can take coins as well. Contactless is the default, not a restriction.

Payment FAQs

Common questions

Is there a minimum spend to use a card?

No. Any item in the machine can be bought with a tap, whatever it costs.

Does the machine need our Wi-Fi?

No. The readers we fit use their own mobile data connection, so there's nothing to configure on your network and no IT involvement needed. If mobile signal is poor in the exact spot, we'll check that during the site visit.

What happens if the card reader goes down?

Reader faults are ours to fix, and they're one of the first things we monitor. Report it and we'll get it back up.

Can staff be charged less than visitors?

On some setups, staff pricing or subsidised lines can be arranged. If that's something you want, raise it at the site visit and we'll tell you what's possible.

Do you get card details from our staff?

No. Card data is handled entirely by the payment provider through the reader. We see sales figures, not people's card details.
