Who we are

Managed vending for workplaces across London & Kent

Buzz Vending places fully managed snack and cold drink machines in the kind of sites where people are on shift, on site and a long way from the nearest shop — industrial estates, depots, warehouses, business parks, gyms and care homes.

We're a local operator, not a national call centre. We choose the stock around what your site actually buys, we watch the sales data, and we turn up before the machine runs dry.

  • No cost to the host site — we own and fund the machine
  • One named contact, not a ticket queue
  • Stock chosen for your site, not a fixed national planogram

The offer

A machine on your site for nothing

If your site has enough regular footfall, we'll place a machine free of charge. There's no rental, no service fee and no minimum spend — and we keep it stocked with what your people actually want, adjusted as we learn what sells.

  • Workplaces with 15+ people on site — offices, warehouses, estates, depots
  • Care homes and residential sites with staff and visitor traffic
  • Gyms, clubs and leisure sites with regular members
  • Student and staff accommodation with 24-hour access

Smaller site? Still worth a conversation — we'll look at your footfall honestly and tell you either way.

No cost, no catch

You provide a socket. We provide the rest.

Machine, delivery, installation, card reader, stock, restocking, cleaning, repairs, insurance and product liability — all ours. If it breaks, it's our problem, not yours.

Where we place machines

Sites where a machine genuinely earns its place

We look for places where people are on site for hours, get hungry, and can't easily nip out for something. If that's your site, a machine will do well.

Industrial & trading estates

Multi-unit estates where dozens of small businesses share one site and the nearest shop is a drive away.

Warehouses & logistics

Distribution centres and depots running long shifts, with breaks too short to leave the gate.

Business parks & offices

Shared breakout areas and receptions — a tenant amenity that costs the management company nothing.

Vehicle & transport depots

Driver welfare areas where shift patterns mean people arrive well outside normal shop hours.

Care homes

Staff rooms and visitor areas, where night shifts and family visitors both need something quick.

Gyms & leisure centres

Cold drinks, protein and cereal bars for members on the way in and out.

Student accommodation

24-hour access blocks where the kitchen is empty and the shop shut hours ago.

Self-storage & trade counters

Sites with steady daytime traffic, staff on the desk and no food offer nearby.

How it works

From first call to first sale in four steps

Talk to us

Tell us roughly how many people are on site, the hours they work and where a machine could go. Two minutes on the phone or a short form.

We visit

We come and look at the space, check access and power, and confirm honestly whether the site will support a machine.

We install

We deliver, position and test the machine, set up the card reader and fill it with a stock list built for your site.

We look after it

Scheduled restocks, sales monitoring, cleaning and repairs. If something goes wrong, one message to us fixes it.

Why Buzz

A local operator that actually turns up

The most common complaint about vending isn't the machine — it's the operator. Empty rows for a fortnight. A card reader that's been down since spring. Nobody answering the phone.

We're built around not being that. We run a tight patch across London and Kent so we can get to any site quickly, and we track what each machine is selling so restocks are planned rather than reactive.

  • Fully managed — stock, refills, cleaning, repairs and payments, all on us
  • Sales-led stocking — we drop the lines that don't sell and double the ones that do
  • Local coverage — one patch across London and Kent, not a national franchise map
  • Straight answers — if your site won't support a machine, we'll say so

Coverage

London & Kent

Across Greater London and out through Kent — Dartford, Bromley, Bexley, Gravesend, Medway, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Ashford and the surrounding towns.

Questions

The things sites ask us first

Is the machine really free?

Yes. For qualifying sites there's no purchase cost, no rental and no service charge. We fund, own and run the machine. All you provide is the floor space and a standard 13A socket.

How many people do we need on site?

As a rule of thumb, around 15 or more people on site regularly. But it depends more on how long they're there and what else is nearby — a 20-person depot with no shop for a mile beats a 60-person office above a Tesco. Ask us and we'll assess it properly.

Who pays for the electricity?

The site does — it's a standard socket and a modern machine is not a heavy draw. Everything else is ours.

How often do you restock?

It's set by what the machine actually sells. Busy sites are typically serviced weekly or twice weekly; quieter ones less often. We monitor the sales rather than guessing, so restocks are planned before rows run empty.

Can we choose what goes in it?

Absolutely. We'll start with a range built around your type of site, then adjust it from real sales data. If your team wants more healthy lines, fewer fizzy drinks, or a particular brand adding, just tell us.

What if it breaks or gets jammed?

You message us and we deal with it. Repairs, parts, refunds for failed vends and machine insurance are all our responsibility.

Are we locked into a long contract?

No lock-in traps. We put the arrangement in writing so both sides know where they stand, with a straightforward notice period. If it isn't working for you, we take the machine away.

Find out if your site qualifies

Tell us where you are and roughly how many people are on site. We'll come back with a straight yes or no — and if it's a yes, we can usually install within a couple of weeks.
